Poudre School District has set up a tech help website for parents. It is https://techportal.psdschools.org/

Parents can also call the parent tech help line at 490-3339 to leave a message about tech issues their child is facing at home. A PSD IT technician will return their call to offer support.

Or, parents can send an email to covidtechhelp@psdschools.org to report issues and request tech support.
