McGraw Odyssey of the Mind Teams Shine at State Tournament

McGraw Odyssey of the Mind (OM) teams demonstrated incredible perseverance, critical thinking, teamwork and school spirit during the state OM tournament on Saturday, April 8 at Kinard Middle School. Each McGraw OM team competed against up to 12 other teams from across the state in their division to present a solution to a long-term problem through a performance in front of an audience, solve a spontaneous problem that they were given the day of the tournament, and showcase elements of style and creativity in their performances. We are proud of the improvement that all of our teams demonstrated since the regional tournament and of the passion and hard work that students, coaches and parents put in to make the teams so successful.

Here are the tournament results:

Also, thank you to Mrs. Smith, Mr. Brinkman and the McGraw staff for their enthusiasm and support for the Odyssey of the Mind program at McGraw.
